This is a shot of Eugenio Castellotti in his privately owned 225S (S/N 0166 ED) en route to second place overall in the 1952 Grand Prix of Monaco which was held that year for Sports Cars instead of F1 cars.

Castellotti sold the car in 1953 to the USA where it still resides after a 7 years break when it resided in France.

The photo measures some 18 x 12.5 cm or 7 x 5 inches and is in mint condition. The back carries the photographer's stamp + some (incorrect) notes.

This appears to be a more modern print.

This is a vintage 1955 photo of the great Paul Frere at the wheel of the Ferrari Super Squalo 555 that he would share with Piero Taruffi for the 1955 Grand Prix of Monaco which was named Grand Prix of Europe for the occassion.

The duo would finish the race in 8th place (out of 9 finishers...) and not less than 14 laps behind winner Maurice Trintignant on Ferrari 625.

The photo measures some 17 x 12 cm or 6.5 x 5 inches.

This is a vintage print, i.e. printed shortly after the original image was captured on film.

The back carries NO reference to the possible photographer.

This is a vintage official press release that preceeded the 1965 Monaco Grand Prix.

It was issued by the Press Center of Monaco and counts 18 pages which elaborate on the upcoming race and historical data.

Ferrari's Lorenzo Bandini worked his Ferrari 512 up from a 4th place on the grid to second place overall at 1 minute behind race winner Graham Hill on BRM. John Surtees managed a 4th place with his Ferrari 158 eventhough he ran out of fuel on the last lap.

This is a great (replica!) helmet visor with Vodafone / Marlboro RBS banner that has been signed Rubinho in person.
