This is a vintage 1931 photo (i.e. printed shortly after the picture was taken) of the Bugatti Royale # 41 121 with Weinberger Cabriolet body.

This is believed to be a Bugatti factory issued photo.

Thi is the famous Royale that was unearthed in a New York City junkyard in 1943 and salvaged.

It measures some 10 x 8 inches (or 25 x 20 cm) and is in excellent condition bar a small tear on the edge.
